Dancing, stilt-walkers, Welcome from Juanita Peglar - AIAB President, Jane and Jenny (Event Co-Chairs), City of Vancouver Proclamation - "Abreast In A Boat Day", Dr. Don McKenzie, dotting of the eye of the dragon, presentation of national flags by each nation's youngest paddler, "stand-up / sit-down" presentation of the AIAB "Originals", the festival song, presentation of the festival committee..etc....
