Several AIAB members gathered at Select Roses in Langley on Tuesday, May 18th for the much anticipated unveiling of the Abreast In A Boat Rose! |

The Rose was hybridized and named Fortitude by Brad Jalbert of Select Roses because he was inspired by our women’s dragon boat team! The rose will be one of many that Jalbert will have on display and for sale at the World Rose Festival on June 19th – 21st at the new Vancouver Convention Centre. A substantial portion of all monies raised from sales of the Fortitude Rose will go to the Abreast In A Boat Society.
