We always all look forward to Wednesday nights on the Bedford Channel. Usually the weather is obliging. The river seems to sense our arrival and churns it up a little. We paddle hard, try to stay focused for Lita and Juanita, have fun and enjoy the surrounding beauty.

This week we had the pleasure of having Scotiabank representative Lynne Weber and her daughter Jana on board.

It was a perfect night and the river was waiting! We were in extreme paddling mode, Lynne and Jana kept up.
They seemed genuinely impressed with comments such as "It was beautiful to see all the pink shirts paddling together", "you’re so good!" and "we really enjoyed the experience".

They joined in our traditional Wednesday night gathering at The Fort Pub where a good time was had by all.
We really appreciate Lynne and Jana coming out to meet us and hope to see them again soon.
